Malcriat is a young wine elaborated with 80% Monastrell from Fontanares (Valencia-Spain) and 20% Marselan from Enguera(Valencia-Spain).

It is a wine made from a short cold maceration of the grapes in order not to extract too much color, but to extract expression. The climate in this mediterranean area is perfect for these varieties, since the dew in August allows the grape to cool down, giving them a break in these summer months of high temperatures. Its entry into the mouth is smooth and at the same time explosive, since you can feel the fruit from the first moment. Its tannins are hardly astringent, since it is a wine that has been made avoiding scratches so that it is pleasant from the first sip.
